Hologram Navigation is Now a Real Possibility
The world evolves around innovation, the constant growth of the web and technology creates an exciting time time to live in. One if the most recent innovation is hologram navigation. Soon you can be driving and receiving navigation just like your driving a car in a video game.
The Navion is still being tested and in a prototype stage, however it projects a holographic imagery onto the windshield. A small device will be displaying navigation info and safety notifications where you can see them. The directions would be arrows on the road telling you which way to go allowing the driver to keep his eyes on the road rather then looking away from the road to their phones or navigation system.
Driving is one of the most dangerous activities that humans do every day. That is why innovating cars and their technology is so vital in preventing accidents. The Navion would finally put an end to the Iphone navigation, as well as the out of date navigation systems that people still use. The potential impact would be massive for cars to pick up this sleek feature to allow a safer and move convenient way of receiving directions.

This is really cool! It seems like a much safer way of using navigation tools. Currently, I open Waze and hold the phone while driving so I can see and hear directions. This is definitely a better solution.
ReplyDeleteWow Robin.. and I though my Blog was Si-Fi.. This is truly amazing! Although, I have a feeling I would probably crash.. soon we'll be able to talk on the phone with a hologram of the person we're talking too.
ReplyDeleteGreat post.
