A campaign that I have been a part of and I have found to be so successful was the campaign Disney came up with for Make A Wish. It's called #ShareYourEars. I was so thrilled when I saw this campaign hit the internet. During my junior year of college I was an intern for Disney. I was able to meet several of the children that got to come to the parks in part of Make-A-Wish. For every picture shared of someone wearing their Ears or even just displaying them Disney donated $5 but also encouraged you to donate as well. Though several of my friends still work at Disney I still stay in the know when it comes to Disney blogs and so on. Make-A-Wish has always been Disney biggest philanthropy that they are involved in and they give their cast members opportunities to volunteer with this incredible foundation. Better Company

The Better Company has created an interview app designed to connect internal employees of a company to each other to exchange ideas, allow job candidates to interface with current employees, in an honest and constructive environment that encourages employee feedback in an anonymous and. The CEO, Tom Williams, who refers to himself as the Operator-In-Chief, developed the app because he wanted to enable others to experience the benefits from a supportive community. Tom, as a teenager and budding entrepreneur was trying to learn programming on his own; reached to the internet community in frustration and received help and support from total strangers who later became some of his closest contacts. Tom believed if employers were to offer a supportive and non-judgmental environment, listened and gave their employees opportunities to better themselves it would contribute to overall success of the company. Whole Foods

Whole Foods is the world's leading retailer of natural and organic foods. Their connection through social media to their consumers begins at their website. Their website is great. It is bright and attractive and makes me want to visit a store. It contains links to recipes, tips on grilling, preparing summer meals on the go, cooking videos, store coupons and a blog for feedback and questions. I may make the ham & rhubarb jam toasties tonight they look delicious! There is even a link that gives suggestions for the best wines to purchase under $20.00. However, Whole Foods is very expensive for the average consumer and they could do more to appeal to them. I don't shop there regularly, as a matter of fact I don’t know anyone who does, but when I want to splurge on healthy groceries or if I’m looking for herb or vegetable that I am unable to find anywhere else, I head to Whole Foods and I am rarely disappointed. Celebrity Fit Tea

      Fit Tea is a detoxifying organic green tea which is used to elevate your energy levels, and make you strive away from drinking things that wouldn't benefit you like this product. It is mainly used as a skinning detoxifying remedy that is supposed to support your immune system and designed to cleanse your body. I constantly see it endorsed by celebrities online that are young, fit, and good looking. It is constantly being shared by mainly woman such as Kylie, Victoria, the newest addition to the group the "cash me outside' girl. They are trying to impose a message saying that hey, take a quick second to look at me and see that if you drink this you will turn out to be as bright and beautiful as me. It personally hasn't reached a convincing point to me and personally go out and buy the product. OVERVIEW        Wearables are the newest innovation in recording human communication and interactions. The wearable is an I.D. that will track when a person comes in contact with another being and tracking their moves such as vicinity and behavior data's. The wearable are meant to show the collaboration of employees and seeing ways to better the company.  BUSINESS EFFECT  The possibilities that wearable can bring to the business field are endless. Tracking of items with employees at stores to see how things are running and getting updates will help solve many problems.  The wait time to receive information on items will be cut down dramatically with the help of this new item. It also has many other uses which will help companies such as posing as sensors, microphones, and more. Wearables will be able to also connect with other preexisting smart technologies and create stronger relationships. 

Melbourne’s Metro Trains

Melbourne’s Metro Trains, does it ring a bell? How about Metro Trains: Dumb Ways to Die? For those of you that don't know, Melbourne's Metro Trains did an advertising campaign in order to bring awareness to train safety. They brought awareness by creating a fun app on smartphones called Dumb Ways to Die. It is a fun dark-humored game that shows harmful things that some people do that are most of the time caused by lack of intelligence. This game brings awa reness to the younger generation about the harm that trains and other actions may cause. Loads of characters were created in this app to show a different and "Dumb Ways to Die". According to  Metro Trains, they noticed a significant reduction in train accidents too. Talk about smart and effective!

The country has a 58% penetration rate, meaning a product or service has gone through social media about 58% of the time in order to gain publicity. They have the 6th largest amount of users of Facebook with approximately 60 million users. Overall, they value their use of social media. Due to their importance of social media, they are going to use it to their advantage. They are implementing social media into the e-commerce market. For instance, say you made an Instagram account to sell some items.
